What you'll do

  • Administer windows Server systems, service accounts and certificates
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot physical, virtual, and cloud-hosted servers.
  • Plan and execute operating system, firmware, platform, and application patching.
  • Administer cloud, virtualization, and storage support including VMware virtualization, Micorsoft Azure, and NetApp Storage
  • Administer Veeam backup and recovery operations
  • Maintain disaster recovery procedures, system dependencies, recovery documentation, backup evidence, and scheduled recovery exercises.
  • Monitor system availability, capacity, performance, security events, and operational alerts.
  • Resolve system incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Perform vulnerability remediation, system hardening, log review, access reviews, audit support, and compliance-related administration in coordination with Cybersecurity.
  • Provide on-call, after-hours incident, and scheduled maintenance support when required.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our organization, reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the server, cloud, virtualization, storage and back up services. This position will also provide automation and operational support, lifecycle management, and infrastructure project delivery.
