- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Support hotel applications and systems including PMS, POS, guest Wi-Fi, IPTV, key card systems, and telephony solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and professional manner.
