Job Overview

ITP Luxury’s Prestige Group brings together some of the region’s leading luxury media titles, including Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Esquire Middle East, Grazia Middle East and ICON MENA. The titles cover fashion, luxury, culture, lifestyle, business and entertainment, reaching highly engaged and affluent audiences across the Middle East.

The Prestige Group is looking for a Commercial Intern to join its team. This role primarily focuses on supporting the commercial team across the group’s luxury titles through various administrative, coordination and project support tasks, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the luxury media and advertising sector.

The intern will be responsible for:

Proposal Development:

• Help in drafting and composing proposals for advertising campaigns and partnerships.

• Collaborate with the team to create tailored presentations for clients.

Campaign Reporting:

• Assist in compiling and analyzing campaign performance data.

• Prepare clear and concise reports on campaign results to share with clients and the internal team.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing calendars for the commercial team.

• Help maintain organized records of client communications and campaign documentation.

Editorial Collaboration:

• Communicate with the editorial team to align on content that supports advertising campaigns.

• Help coordinate editorial features and placements for luxury brands.

Campaign Delivery:

• Support the execution of advertising campaigns from inception to completion.

• Ensure that all campaign elements are delivered on time and meet clients' expectations.

Client Communication:

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with luxury brand clients.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

• Creating comprehensive client overview for categories Fashion / Hospitality / Beauty / Travel / F&B / Health & Fitness

Event Attendance:

• Occasionally attend and support luxury events to represent the brand and meet potential clients.

Requirements

• Own valid visa

• Immediate, full-time availability for 3-6 months contract period
