  • Establish a consistent cadence for initiative tracking and performance reporting to leadership (e.g., project dashboards, financial performance, team scorecards, executive summaries) to highlight successes, enable decision-making, and reinforce accountability.
  • Partner with business management and cross-functional stakeholders to align on shared priorities, coordinate workstreams, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Design and implement standardized go-to-market and sales enablement processes by designing and scaling content, messaging, and operating rhythms that convert market insights into execution and growth with the field; responsibility includes development of field-ready presentations, emails, opportunity lists, and advisor-approved materials in partnership with our Marketing Lead
  • Manage a centralized resource hub for specialist/team use including content developed by the team, shared content used across Solutions and Practice Management peers, regional tracking, and opportunity reporting
  • Operate with versatility by managing responsibilities across run-the-business (e.g. building executive-level presentations) to field enablement (e.g. drafting client-facing communications, reviewing opportunity lists)
  • Influence and align stakeholders by balancing competing priorities, building strong relationships, and driving decisions to closure.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant products, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations to inform strategy, messaging, and execution.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with exposure to product management, sales, or business management functions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, building partnerships across multiple levels and business functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent record of high-quality execution in a changing environment.
  • Ability to coordinate junior resources by providing direct feedback, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to support performance and development.
  • Knowledge of yield and liquidity products, especially traditional bank accounts and short-term investments.

  • Experience developing business reporting, performance metrics, dashboards, or management presentations.
  • Operate with versatility by managing responsibilities across run-the-business (e.g. building executive-level presentations) to field enablement (e.g. drafting client-facing communications, reviewing opportunity lists)
