Experience

  • Proven experience in welfare management, preferably within heavy manufacturing or automotive sectors.
  • Experience working in or with tractor manufacturing plants or similar industrial environments is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, employee welfare policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver welfare initiatives that improve employee engagement and morale.
  • Experience in handling employee grievances, mediation, and industrial relations in a sensitive and effective manner.
  • Familiarity with setting up health and safety programs, including coordination with medical professionals and legal authorities.
  • Proficiency in maintaining meticulous records and generating insightful reports for management review.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of employees and management with diplomacy and empathy.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and union representatives to foster a cooperative working environment.

Industry Preferred

Industry experience in the manufacturing sector, with a specific focus on agricultural machinery, automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing is preferred.

Understanding of employee welfare and industrial relations within the Farm Division or similar production environments will be highly beneficial.

Experience in sectors where factory floor operations and labour welfare intersect, such as foundries, steel plants, or large-scale assembly lines, is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources and Social Work, Labour Welfare.
  • Professional certifications or training in Industrial Relations, Labour Law, or Employee Welfare are desirable.
  • Hindi language proficiency
