• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java, Python, or Go.
• Utilise AI technologies and tools, such as Co-pilot, to enhance application functionality.
• Lead project initiatives with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the success of development projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Java, with additional experience in Python or Go being advantageous.
• Expertise in AI technologies, including prompting and tool utilisation.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and project alignment.
• Leadership experience in leading project initiatives without direct managerial responsibilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• experience in using AI tools such as Co-pilot.
• Full stack development experience across various technologies.
