Ben jij de Development Lead die ons team wil versterken om innovatieve Java-applicaties en state-of-the-art services te ontwikkelen?
In de rol van Development Lead ben je de drijvende kracht achter cutting-edge digitale transformaties bij onze klanten. Je expertise komt tot uiting in het vertalen van functionele vereisten naar robuuste technische oplossingen, waarbij je de applicatiearchitectuur uitstippelt en diepgaande technische analyses uitvoert.
Daarnaast orchestreer je het team: je zorgt voor technische richtlijnen, je faciliteert met inschattingen, waarborgt kwaliteit, je houdt de vinger aan de pols tijdens de ontwikkeling en idealiter ontwikkel je zelf ook beperkt mee. Uiteraard kun je hiervoor terugvallen op de collega’s en domeinexperten van iO.
Verder ben je het go-to aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten: je licht technische keuzes en beslissingen toe, waarbij je complexe materie ook inzichtelijk maakt voor de minder technische contactpersonen. Als spil in het project zorg je voor een optimale balans tussen de business objectives, functionele specificaties en technische vereisten.
Bovendien neem je het voortouw in de professionele ontwikkeling van je team, door actief kennis te delen, developers te coachen en de implementatie van industry best practices te stimuleren.
