What you'll do
- Provide Level 3 (L3) support for Java-based banking applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor and manage batch jobs using Autosys and other scheduling tools.
- Work with Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) for data processing and analysis.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for system improvements.
- Support incident management, change requests, and performance optimization.
