- Manage one or more Application Development teams to accomplish established goals, while handling core personnel duties.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Application Development domains to provide technical oversight of systems and applications.

The Application Development Tech Lead is a senior, hands-on technical leadership position responsible for architecting and building core platforms. As a hands-on technical leader for one or more Scrum teams, you will serve as a key voice in our architecture, driving innovation and ensuring our engineering practices meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role is ideal for a "player-coach" who thrives on influencing system design, mentoring engineers, and contributing directly to the codebase.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Personnel Management: Manage one or more Application Development teams to accomplish established goals, while handling core personnel duties.
- Technical Oversight: Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Application Development domains to provide technical oversight of systems and applications.
