What you'll do
- Design tooling / fixtures needed for new projects based on the information generated during the new projects
- Communicate with supplier of tooling, Monitor the manufacture of tooling with the supplier to ensure they meet design specifications and meet delivery time
- Check fixtures after delivery from external supplier
- Update setting plans for machines and equipment
- Make changes and improvements to existing tooling that lead to an improvement in the process
- Conduct analysis of opportunity in the field of tooling for improvements
- Modify and improve existing tooling / fixtures in order to improve processes
- Consider ergonomy criteria
- Prepare the documentation according standards and norms
- Ensure of standardization of drawing documentation of fixtures, machines and equipment in compliance with AUMOVIO standards
- Update of drawing documentation in SAP and in production lines
- Cooperation with ESH

- University degree, preferably in production or engineering management, industrial engineering or related discipline
- Professional experience (at least 5 years) in manufacturing, preferable in two functional areas, e.g. IE, Q, Operations, etc.
- Experience and understanding in respected business industry (approx. 2 years)
- Comprehensive experience in respective production processes
- Experience in the roll-out of a standard and/ or strategic project
- Experience in working with international teams and preferably international assignment
- Understanding for different foreign cultures
- Crossmove (functional, international or organizational) experience
- Designing of production equipment and tooling
- Lean Production principles, methods and tools (e.g. Production management system)
- Industrial Engineering management (including Systems and processes)
- IT Literacy

Kvalifikace
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- University degree, preferably in production or engineering management, industrial engineering or related discipline
