Job Summary
The following is a brief description of the primary elements of this job and is not intended to be all inclusive.• Inspect, change, adjust and maintain various units of glass forming machines and related equipment to maintain acceptable production levels.
• Check, weigh, and gauge ware. Make necessary adjustments to correct defects.
• Make minor repairs to forming machines and equipment.
• Instruct and assist Machine Operators.
• Assist with job changes.
• Check on availability of spare equipment.
• Remove jams on conveyors or stackers as necessary.
• Make necessary adjustments to feeders, conveyors, stackers, and other equipment.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as required
