Job Summary:
Installs and maintains renewable energy systems, including photovoltaic arrays, wind turbines, and battery storage.

Key Responsibilities:
Performs conduit, wiring, and terminations for renewable power distribution.
Reads and interprets drawings, diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
Tests systems for performance and safety compliance.
Coordinates with crew members and supervisors to maintain workflow and schedule.
Identifies and resolves routine system or installation issues in the field.
Completes documentation of work performed for quality tracking and reporting.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Technician Certification or Computing Technology Industry Association Network+ Certification preferred.
