The Practice Management and Advisor Development team is responsible for delivering subject matter expertise on all practice management concepts that ultimately help advisors service their clients and continue to grow their business. We support both leaders and advisors in the branch and in the centralized advisor centers. This is a highly visible team with extensive interaction with senior management across all functions and Lines of Business to drive meaningful change across the business.
The Advisor Development Team supports the development of branch-based advisors through a national new hire framework. Practice management concepts are the foundation of the new hire framework and is complemented with dedicated coaching, leadership alignment, milestone completion and compensation.
The Performance Specialist is responsible for supporting the overall incentive compensation plan of the Advisor Growth Program. The Performance Specialist will assist in managing the national incentive compensation plan to ensure that participants have a consistent experience. This role will partner closely with multiple stakeholders ranging from Human Resources, Legal, Finance and Field Leadership.
