Job Description
1. Green Product Component Approval:
- Responsible for uploading to customers' green websites.
- Responsible for completing various customer surveys and questionnaires.
- Responsible for customer green compliance declarations or WNC standard declaration forms.
- Follow up with suppliers to upload and return various declaration documents to GPM.
2. Guiding Suppliers in Completing Relevant Documents and Information:
- Guide suppliers in filling out the WNC material survey form and troubleshooting PLM upload issues.
- Guide suppliers on how to fill out and submit information in the IMDS system.
- Guide suppliers in completing other customer-required documents.
3. Research and Application of Green Product Standards:
- Research and understand the latest environmental standards and regulations, such as RoHS, REACH, WEEE, etc.
4. Establishment and Maintenance of International Regulations/Customer GP Specifications:
- Maintain and identify new customer specifications or revisions based on received external documents (adding/updating GP directives).
- Add/update GP directive revisions (including WNC standard declarations/surveys) when international regulations are added/updated.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure product design and manufacturing processes comply with environmental standards.
- Participate in product design reviews and provide professional advice on environmental protection.
6. Execute Internal/External Green Product & System/Operation/Process Optimization to Improve Work Efficiency:
- Improve the GP form operation method and related SOP revisions, optimize GP reports to better meet operational needs, enhance work efficiency, and regularly report work progress and results to supervisors and relevant departments.
7. QC080000/FSC System Operation
- Organize QC080000/FSC internal auditor training.
- Plan and execute QC080000/FSC internal audit activities (including MRM output).
- Serve as a QC080000/FSC internal auditor, complete internal audits and corrective/preventive action tracking as planned.
- Respond to external audit corrective/preventive action reports and follow-up, maintaining the validity of QC080000/FSC certificates.
