What you'll do
- Maintain bookkeeping and ledger management for daily supermarket transactions.
- Manage inventory entries, raw material data, inward & outward records.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and monthly closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and vendor summaries.
- Handle reconciliation of bank accounts, suppliers, and cashier reports.
- Maintain accurate records for daily sales, stock consumption, and wastage.
- Ensure proper documentation for purchases, GRN, and stock movements.
- Process inter-company transactions in coordination with head office.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Work efficiently in 12-hour shifts (day/night).
What they're looking for
- B.Com / M.Com with 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of: Bookkeeping & Ledger, Inventory & Stock Management, Finalizing Accounts, Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, Inter-company transactions
- Tally or Miracle software proficiency is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in Central African region.
- Male candidates only.

- Experience in supermarket or retail accounting is an advantage.
