Jr. Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics team in Turkey.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations, supply chain processes, and coordination activities while contributing to the team’s efficiency and compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on international and domestic shipments.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations.
• Support inventory management and ensure stock accuracy.
• Follow up on retail stores and wholesale customer requirements.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, customs brokers and business partners.
• Follow up on import customs clearance processes.
• Support Retail, Wholesale and Marketing teams with logistics-related activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with EU and regional Distribution Centers.
• Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administrations, Economics, Logistics, or related departments of universities
• At least 2 years of experience in Logistics sector.
• Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistic such as İnternational Transportation İmport/ Export and warehouse services.        
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.        
•   Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft office Program.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with a sound self-motivation, confidence
