Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Jr. UI/UX & System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, as well as a solid understanding of system engineering principles. They will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our products and services, as well as ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our products and services.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and requirements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards.
  • Implement and maintain scalable and reliable systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate design elements into software.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and system engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX and system engineering.
  • Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
  • Solid understanding of system engineering principles.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with back-end development technologies such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary Range: 3,00,000 INR - 6,00,000 INR Per Annum
