Job Description

As Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible to achieve process goals and objectives by properly manage of procedures, systems and quality strategies, assuring to be aligned to “Get Results the Right Way”, impacting in a positive way to NA Lear plants operations metrics, reporting directly to a Supplier Quality Manager.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality issues with components reported on the production line, collaborating with Quality, Industrial, and Product Engineering departments to ensure an accurate description of the problem.
• Gather information for Quality Notifications—with the support of administrative staff or inspectors—including supplier site identification, points of use, traceability data or patterns, and part history (for recurring issues).
