- Capturing business requirements
- Software delivery and documenting relevant specifications
- Engage and build relationships with customers
- Engage and build relationships with developers
- Advise and consult with customer business teams, challenge and share best practice and eCommerce principles

- Good grounding in agile, digital and ecom platforms delivery
- Familiarity with customer-facing eCommerce platform implementation environments
