The Analyst is responsible for supporting Senior Appraisers with their appraisal assignments. This would include assisting the Senior Appraisers in the preparation of real estate appraisal reports, entering data in database, helping to create evaluation reports, doing research on behalf of the appraiser and making recommendations in terms of data collected.

In this role, you will…

  • Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches and surveys.

  • Collect and organize market and property data, ensuring databases are up to date

  • Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information, reaching out to other offices if necessary

  • Coordinate meetings, bookings, and other appointments
     

What you’ll bring

  • An undergraduate degree is preferred but not required.

  • An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with strong organizational skills

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, able to present information clearly and effectively.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to independently meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail

  • Experience in commercial real estate is required.

  • AACI candidate is not needed for this role

• Annual salary range: $50,000 - $55,000

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
