JUNIOR AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

To support the growth of our Training Department, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled professional to join us as a:

Junior Automotive Technical Specialist

As part of the HQ team, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with technical expertise, training, and daily operational assistance. You will work closely with international suppliers, participate in technical events, and contribute to the development of high‑quality training programs for automotive professionals.

Main Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and deliver technical training sessions for mechanics and workshop staff

• Provide technical support to workshops within the Inter Cars service concepts

• Translate and interpret during training sessions led by foreign lecturers

• Prepare and conduct independent training sessions

• Maintain communication with international suppliers and technical partners

• Prepare feedback, reports, and documentation related to training activities

• Support branches with technical knowledge in their daily operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive sector

• Strong background in car maintenance, diagnostics, and repair

• Technical university degree (automotive engineering or related field)

• Fluency in English – spoken and written

• Active driver with a valid category B driving license

• Excellent computer skills – MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
