The Role

We are seeking to hire a Junior Compliance Associate to join our NY office. This role will report into the Global Head of Core Compliance and hold primary responsibility for the day-to-day execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Firm's policies and procedures framework.

This position requires a focus on high levels of accuracy, consistency, and organizational discipline. It requires a blend of strong writing ability, governance knowledge, and a proactive approach to document management and process improvement. In addition to the primary policies and procedures remit, this role will contribute to core compliance activities as part of a broader global compliance team and necessitates flexibility to support the wider compliance department with activities outside of the listed responsibilities.

The annual base pay for this role is expected to be between $55,000 and $75,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
