DINGTALK & TRAILER

1) to check and clear all the request in DING TALK (TIME BY TIME)

 -Price Amendment Form 

 -Down Payment Submission Form

 -Car Rejection Form 

 -Waiver

 -Rebidding form

 - Upload payment slip received from dealer & B2C team

 -Change status in TC  (Rejection , car pick up location , amend price , assign offline )

3)To update daily collection  report all branch in google sheet

4) Every day, fill in the car plate in the trailer listing from the Inventory file Dealer Transaction x Logistic Tracker and DSC Logistics Transfer Listing into our Trailer Master listing. 

5)After that, compile all the listing BT ODO generated and send an email to finance to create an invoice for trailer fees.

6) - Checking one-by-one details of the car plate in TC

    - Checking the BT ODO generated for the correct location

    - Checking on trips cancelled got voided BT ODO

7) checking Trailer Fee Listing group on WhatsApp , need to do tracking each trip up on trailer and update the date in our Master Listing sheet 

8) Make sure the accurate Trailer Fee payment proof is uploaded (NATIONWIDE) , one by one checking all the car plates on the trailer fee payment being uploaded before finance checking 

RC COURIER (KB, KT &EM) and OFFER REJECTED AND RETURNED 

1) Check the RC inside the No bidder and offer rejected  & returned file

- find new winning dealer and write the dealer and location every top of RC 

- Check the full payment 

- Make Poslaju consignment notes for the RC that full payement with Poslaju website and Share the picture consignment notes in Dealer courier RC group with date , dealer name, Car Plate , and Tracking number. 

- Fill in the tracking number in DOCUMENTATION RC TRACKING Gsheet.

2) RC COURIER FOR CARSOME OUTSTATION BRANCH (OTHER THAN EM, KB, KT)

- Documentation team will send the TC to us , make Poslaju consignment notes 

- same as previous one send pictures in the group with details and do tracking in the google sheet 

3) RC FOR B2C

- Documentation team will send RC to us and send Picture of the RC in B2C whatsapp group 

- Inform the CCL side whether there is RC return from CCL

- Book Grab and share the link in the group

- Fill in Documentation RC Tracking for the RC that have handover to CCL
