Junior Invoice specialist - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Job Description

Do you have a Junior Invoice Specialist background, passion for problem-solving, and want to join one of the largest tech companies in the Nordics? Then this is the role for you!

We are looking for an attentive and responsible Junior Invoice Specialist to become a part of our expert team creating a complete and modern tool for automated invoice interpreting and validating. The system receives documents from various sources, identifies and interprets item lines from invoices, and transfers the data to external systems. As of this moment, the project has almost completely migrated from on-premise installations to the cloud.

Areas of Responsibility

• Validation of data in invoices
• Correction of invoices if needed
• Communication with colleagues from customer side
• Contribution to system improvements in the area of invoice recognition

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced PC user
• Upper-intermediate level of English, good written and oral skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• High self-discipline, job autonomy, self-management
