About this role
The IT Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential.
In this role, you will focus on incoming service requests, troubleshooting various hardware/software issues, installation of new hardware, and documentation of completed work in a ticketing system. You will work collaboratively with other members of the IT team to ensure tickets are being resolved within acceptable timelines.
What You’ll Do:
- Triage incoming tickets and be the first contact for requests.
- Assist with IT requests and project support activities as needed.
- Scheduling and coordination of tickets.
- Champion Conference Room technology including Audio/Video Conferencing.
- Respond to incoming requests promptly and courteously.
- Prioritize requests according to criticality.
- Identify timely and accurate solutions to technical issues.
- Provide initial help desk support (both remote and on-site) including hardware, software, and office equipment.
- Document all support activities in ticket tracking database.
- Inventory management of technology assets.
- Assist with Employee account maintenance.
- Deployment of equipment.
- Create and update documentation.

- Strong computer aptitude and understanding of IT concepts, operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
- Self-motivated to research resolutions to technical issues independently and with limited guidance.
- Drive to research and learn new technologies.
Your Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, technical or college degree preferred.
- Technology certifications a plus.
- Previous IT experience preferred.
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.
