As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will support the marketing team in the execution of various marketing activities, helping to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with senior team members to learn and assist in implementing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support social media management and content creation to engage target audiences.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to assist in strategy development.
- Help track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional content.
- Participate in events coordination and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Saudi National only.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and develop marketing skills.
