The role 

You will join our Central Content & Curation team, working across SVOD and PTV. Based in Stockholm, the team works across all Nordic markets to ensure a strong and competitive acquired content offering across both our streaming service and premium linear channels.

This is a dual-role position, combining promo scheduling for our PTV channels with metadata support for our streaming platform. You will work at the intersection of content, scheduling, operations, metadata, and systems – helping ensure that our titles are both effectively promoted and accurately presented across platforms and markets.

What you'll do

Promo Scheduling

• Schedule on-air promos and filler material across our PTV channels, balancing editorial priorities and available inventory.

• Collaborate closely with Content Planners, Curators, Creative teams, Operations, and local Marketing teams.

• Maintain accurate scheduling information in relevant systems

• Support the continuous improvement of promo scheduling processes and ways of working.

Metadata Editing

• Source, enrich, and manage high-quality metadata for our streaming platform.

• Ensure accurate categorisation, localisation, and timely publishing across Nordic markets.

• Maintain consistency and quality across internal systems and platforms.

• Support editorial initiatives, launches, and promotional campaigns by ensuring prioritised titles are correctly tagged and presented.

• Support translation and localisation from English into Swedish.

What we’re looking for 

We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following: 

• Have a bachelor’s degree in media, communications, business or similar.

• Are fluent in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages.

• Have good skills in Photoshop and image editing.

• Are a driven and humble team player with great organizational skills.

• Are an eager learner with a problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude.

• Can work proactively, independently, and reliably in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for movies and series.
