What you'll do
- Assist in managing recruitment processes for technical and business roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Support sourcing activities through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels to identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop an understanding of engineering and technical profiles across areas such as electronics, software, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, propulsion and satellite technologies.
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining regular communication.
- Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.
- Help build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate data and support initiatives to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience recruiting technical and engineering profiles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
- Interest in aerospace, engineering, space or deeptech industries.
