What you'll do
- Work under the supervision of Senior Schedulers and Project Schedulers to provide construction schedule review comments for contractor-generated Baseline Schedules and Monthly Schedule updates based on review templates.
- Assist the scheduling team in creating and populating various schedule related reports in Excel and P6 software.
- Create Earned Value Curves based on template guidelines.
- Perform QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and requirements.
- Analyze schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Perform QA/QC on P6 program schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project types.
- Update the master program schedule with as-built start and finish dates while coordinating input from various Facilities teams on projected/forecast sequential start/finish dates.
