Junior Social Media Executive – All By Play

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Executive who are also confident enough to make camera faced reels, and podcasting related reels/videos. You’ll be involved in building social presence and creating campaigns around artists, songs and music releases.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
→ Manage social media for artists, songs & music projects
→ Plan content for Instagram, including Reels, Stories & posts
→ Develop creative content ideas around music releases
→ Research trends, memes, creators and relevant pages
→ Work on Instagram-centric and creator/influencer campaigns
→ Support pre-release & post-release marketing campaigns
→ Coordinate with creators and content pages
→ Track content performance and audience engagement
→ Assist in building artist profiles and online presence
→ Work closely with the marketing team on campaign ideas and execution

WE’RE LOOKING FOR :
→ 6–12 months of social media experience
→ Strong understanding of Instagram and current trends
→ Good content sense and creative thinking
→ Interest in music, artists and digital culture
→ Good communication and coordination skills NOTE
→ Someone who is proactive, curious and willing to experiment and confident enough to show their faces for camera facing reels and bring new ideas for this initiative.
