What you'll do
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Engineering positions across internal and client projects, working closely with senior recruiters
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and support recruitment priorities
- Help manage multiple open positions at once, contributing to a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Support the sourcing and building of talent pipelines, developing your market mapping and networking skills over time
- Get hands-on exposure recruiting across a range of technologies like Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Cyber Security and ERP with guidance from the team
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools to help identify qualified candidates (training provided)

- Fluency in both Greek and English
