What you'll do

  • Talent Sourcing: Understand hiring needs and workforce planning to efficiently fill leadership and specialist roles across the organization.
  • Candidate Identification: Source high-caliber professionals through direct approaches, headhunting, LinkedIn, talent mapping, and digital tracking methods.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: i) Screen CVs using modern tools and data-driven methods. ii) Conduct insightful phone screenings and structured interviews using behavioral questions, case studies, and role-plays. iii) Manage the relationship with the Directors and the Candidates

  • Market Insights: Conduct competitive intelligence and talent mapping to remain ahead of market trends and strengthen strategic hiring decisions.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders through group reporting and internal dashboards, ensuring process optimization and accountability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in candidate experience and optimize recruitment workflows for Technical Direction.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our London team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across engineering, technology, and consulting. You'll work closely with hiring managers, shape candidate experiences, and help drive the growth of one of the UK's leading engineering and IT consultancies.

Key Responsibilities
