As a Supply Officer at Mungari, you'll be part of a team that keeps materials, consumables and critical equipment moving across site. Every day brings variety, from managing inventory and coordinating deliveries to maintaining accurate records and supporting operational teams with the parts and supplies they need to succeed.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll:

• Receive, issue and maintain inventory to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain stock accuracy.
• Safely handle, store and distribute goods, including hazardous materials and bulk commodities.
• Support fuel management, satellite store replenishment and site-wide warehouse activities.
• Process receipting, inventory transactions and financial reconciliations with a high level of accuracy.
• Contribute to a team culture focused on safety, customer service and continuous improvement.

Our recent expansion of the processing plant has more than doubled processing capacity from 2 million to 4.2 million tonnes per year. This is a residential role based in Kalgoorlie on an attractive 8:6 roster, working 12-hour days. Candidates residing in Australia with full working rights and willing to relocate permanently to Kalgoorlie will be provided relocation support.

Does this sound like you?

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control or supply operations within mining, industrial or heavy industry environments.
• Current Forklift Licence and WA C Class Driver’s Licence.
• Strong understanding of inventory management processes and warehouse operations.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems, with Pronto, SAP or Oracle experience highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume transactional work accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across site.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• A genuine commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Dangerous Goods Licence will be highly regarded.
