Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Kontaktpflege zum Kunden für zeitnahe Anfragen und Angebote
• Aktualisierung der Daten für korrekte Vertriebsbudget-Erstellung
• enger Kontakt zur Fertigungssteuerung, um Problemen bei der termin- und mengengerechten Disposition vorzubeugen
• Weiterleitung relevanter Kundeninformationen an betroffene Stellen im Unternehmen
• Unterstützung der Account- und Sales-Manager bei der Erhaltung, Pflege und Akquise von Kunden
• Erarbeitung von Angeboten
• termingerechte Umsetzung der Preisvereinbarungen

Wissen und Ausbildung

•  Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekauffrau/ -kaufmann)
• Kenntnisse MS-Office Paket, SAP
• Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
• gewissenhafte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Führen von Verhandlungen, Mitarbeiter- und Teamgesprächen)
• gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Projekterfahrung
