Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing key client accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the organization
- Understand customer business needs and align company solutions accordingly
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and delivery teams for smooth execution
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Support account renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
- Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
