Hans im Glück Franchise GmbH is a dynamic and expanding casual food restaurant company. HANS IM GLÜCK stands for a special gastronomic experience with great products of the highest quality. The focus is on burgers, high-quality drinks and a unique atmosphere. There are currently almost 100 HANS IM GLÜCK locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The first one is just opened in AMsterdam and we plan to open more restaurants in the Netherlands in the near future. We are looking for enthusiastic team members who want to be part of this fantastic journey.

What you bring to the table:

• Training in (system) gastronomy or related sectors
• Experience in staff management and cost control
• True team spirit and strong communication skills
• The ability to motivate others
• A hands-on mentality: you are proactive and take responsibility
• Service-oriented mindset and flexibility

Your key responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the entire kitchen organization and daily operations.
• You lead the kitchen team and motivate your colleagues.
• You prepare dishes according to fixed recipes.
• You manage inventory, monitor storage, and order new products.
• You ensure HACCP standards, including cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
