What you'll do
- Ensure proper grooming standards before starting shift
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and ready before opening
- Ensure food ingredients are available and in good condition
- Check stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed
- Identify and label products using expiry stickers
- Store products according to proper temperature guidelines
- Handle food items no longer fit for use responsibly
- Perform kitchen inventory and related administrative tasks
- Serve food according to standards of taste, appearance, and cleanliness

- Willing to be placed at Bobocabin Rinjani, Lombok
