Our graduate programme, also known as LEAP – LEaders Acceleration Program, is a 24-month development journey built to help you grow quickly and confidently.

Through the programme, you will receive:

  • hands-on experience across different parts of the business (Fire Testing Lab, Quality & Technical Services, Maintenance, Manufacturing Lines and Supply Chain)

Next steps

Applications open on 1 August 2026 and close on 30 August 2026.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments, followed by interviews where they will present case studies to a panel.

The employment start date will be end of 2026 or early 2027, depending on your graduation date.
