Your role

As Head of Creative Services, you will lead Capgemini University’s global creative and learning design function, shaping impactful learning experiences through creativity, AI, and technology. As part of the global L&D leadership team, you will drive learning transformation, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure learning solutions deliver measurable value for the business and learners worldwide.

Your tasks

• Lead the global Design and Marketing function across learning design, creative services, branding, marketing, and communications.
• Define and deliver the creative learning strategy aligned with business and learning priorities.
• Drive the adoption of AI across learning design, content creation, and learner engagement.
• Act as a thought leader on AI-enabled learning and innovation.
• Lead, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary global teams.
• Oversee the creation of engaging learning experiences, campaigns, and communications.
• Use data and insights to improve learning effectiveness and learner experience.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, budgets, resources, and quality standards.

Your profile

• 10+ years of experience leading creative agencies, learning design functions, or global learning teams.
• Strong background in learning design, creative services, marketing, branding, or digital education.
• Experience with AI-powered learning solutions and emerging learning technologies.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in global and transformational environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Budget, resource, and operational management experience.
• Passion for innovation, storytelling, design, and delivering impactful learning experiences.
