What you'll do
- Aufnahme- und Entlassmanagement unserer Patient/innen
- Postoperative Betreuung unserer stationären und ambulanten Patient/innen (Krankenbeobachtung, Schmerzmanagement, individuelle Versorgung) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ärzteteam
- Umsetzung von ärztlichen Anordnungen
- Durchführung und Sicherstellung der Pflegedokumentation
- Administrative Arbeiten am Computer und Telefon

- Verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig
- Professioneller und empathischer Umgang mit unseren Patient/innen

- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
