About the role

We're searching for a forward-thinking IT & D Manager, Platform / Solution Architect to join Reckitt's IT & Digital team — a team acknowledged for keeping us interconnected in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Your role will encompass creating cutting-edge end-to-end solutions and strategising closely with business and IT stakeholders. Your responsibilities

- Lead the tailoring and implementation of IT & D solutions for product groups and platforms that meet the dynamic needs of our business.
- Team up with architects, managers and engineers to beautifully blend business requirements with technical possibilities.
- Choose the right technologies and tools to craft solutions that are not just fit for purpose, but are also the pinnacle of innovation and usability.
- Assume stewardship over the solutions' lifecycles, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Measure the success of solutions with precise metrics and drive continual improvements that steer our products towards excellence.

The experience we're looking for

- A depth of experience in full-stack solution design and agile development practises.
- A track record of spearheading substantial IT & D projects, showcasing both leadership and management capabilities.
- Proven collaborative skills, working effectively across disciplines in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
- A strong grounding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with a passion for creating user-centric experiences.
