Kyriba Implementation Manager

Your role:

Zanders specializes in treasury management and with the growing number of projects and expansion plans, we are looking to hire someone who has the ambition not only to further grow in corporate treasury and technology solutions, but also to contribute to the development of our capabilities in India and wider, global team. We are looking for a candidate with a strong core treasury knowledge and proven experience in implementing, configuring Kyriba Treasury.

In this position you will be joining a team of dynamic, experienced Consultants, who operate collaboratively to share knowledge and work at the highest standards to deliver to our clients. You will be involved in project work, business development and other activities including personalized trainings, to help you grow.

Your background will be in a corporate or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute in end-to-end Kyriba implementation projects - project scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing and go-live. 

• Provide support to clients during the implementation, understanding their treasury management requirements, advising on best practices, and ensuring solutions provided align with their needs and objectives.

• Being part of cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and clients' resources, to ensure smooth and timely execution of project deliverables.

• Updating stakeholders on project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and proactive issue management.

• Advising clients surrounding their treasury technology solutions. This could include re-defining current technology practises, vendor selection and implementation of treasury technology solutions.

• Identifying new business/project opportunities both locally and internationally.

• Playing a part in commercial activities such as presentations, RFP’s, events and networking.

• Managing treasury advisory projects from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are submitted to clients at a high quality, on a timely basis and in line with the agreed engagement terms.

Skills to be successful

• Minimum 8 years of engagement in implementation of Kyriba Treasury Management System and other related tools such as SWIFT, trading portals and market data providers.

• Knowledge in Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, Bank Connectivity.

• Extremely client focused and experienced in resolving challenging problems and creating practical solutions.

• Experience of project management and/or leading projects and strong team player.

• Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelors or Masters.

• Business fluent (or native) English is required.

• Willingness to travel in Asia and to other locations such as Europe as needed.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment – the opportunity to be based at home with some travel to the office and client site as needed.
