Lab Technician

Supervise day-to-day laboratory activities and staff. Ensure proper sample collection, handling, testing, and reporting. Maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate calibration/service. Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality standards. Verify and authorize laboratory test reports. Maintain laboratory records and documentation accurately. Coordinate with doctors and other departments regarding test results. Train and guide laboratory technicians and support staff. Ensure infection control and waste disposal procedures are followed. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology / Clinical Laboratory Science. Minimum 3–5 years of laboratory experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control. Good leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in laboratory software and documentation.
