Labor Civil | Primoris Energy Services | Rayburn - 24005

Job Overview:

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Laborer, Civil to perform general manual labor tasks and support construction activities on various civil projects, specifically at the Rayburn site. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:**
* Perform general labor duties, including but not limited to, digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
* Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including placing and removing barricades, cones, and signage.
* Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and other vehicles.
* Operate hand and power tools under supervision, as required.
* Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
* Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
* Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., pipefitters, welders, operators) as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED preferred.
* Prior experience in construction or industrial settings is a plus, but not required.
* Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
* Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Reliable transportation to and from the job site (Rayburn).
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
