If you have an administrative background and interested in obtaining hands on clinical research experience learn how you can become a vital part of ICON Laboratory Services which is dedicated exclusively to central laboratory testing and the associate services for clinical trials.

The role:

• The Laboratory Project Coordinator will be responsible for effectively assisting the department’s management by providing administrative support in completion of client studies and to ensure effective operation of the department.
• Administratively supports manager by assisting with special projects, data management, and generating validation reports for both clients and management groups.

You will need:

• A minimum of two years administrative experience with an Associate’s Degree.
• Must have the ability to work independently, to be highly motivated, to be a strong team player and work well in a strong, fast paced team environment.
• Have the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner, possess the knowledge the of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, multi-task in a fast paced environment and effectively give and receive instruction and communicate in oral and written form.
