Ledcor is seeking Laborers to join our team for upcoming construction, maintenance, shutdown, and turnaround projects in the Fort McMurray region.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform general labour duties on industrial job sites
- Assist tradespeople and equipment operators
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Support site preparation, housekeeping, and cleanup activities
- Spot equipment and assist with safe work execution
- Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous construction, industrial, pipeline, shutdown, or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials safely
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Safety tickets considered an asset (CSTS, CSO, H2S, Confined Space, Fall Protection)
- Valid driver's licence preferred
