Laborer- Non Driver

Job Overview:

The Laborer - Non Driver will assist skilled craft workers with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, shoveling, and raking.
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles and staging areas.
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including placing cones, barriers, and signage.
* Operate hand and power tools under supervision, such as drills, grinders, and compactors.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping debris and disposing of waste.
* Spot for heavy equipment operators to ensure safe movement and placement.
* Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures and scaffolding.
* Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or forepersons.

Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions.
* Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
* Commitment to safety and adherence to all company safety policies.
* Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
