Laborer Renewables (Eligible to Drive)

Job Overview:

The Laborer Renewables (Eligible to Drive) assists with various tasks on renewable energy construction sites, primarily focusing on solar, under the direction of a supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform general labor duties, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment cleaning.
* Assist with the installation of solar panels, racking systems, and other renewable energy components.
* Dig trenches, lay conduits, and perform other tasks related to electrical and grounding systems.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
* Transport tools, materials, and personnel to various locations on the job site as needed.
* Assist with site demobilization and cleanup.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in construction, especially renewable energy or general labor, is a plus.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Commitment to safety and adherence to all company safety regulations.
* Willingness to travel and work on projects in various locations as required.
