What you'll do
- Ability to safely cut grounds using hand, power or riding mower for trimming edges around walkways, beds, and walls.
- Be able to efficiently apply fertilizer to property grounds to enhance growth.
- Ensure grounds are free of weeds and dead plants.
- Prepare the sites for snow removal/salting season.
- Assist with loading and unloading work trucks/trailers during the day.
- Move and install soil, mulch, and plant materials that will enhance the landscape gardens and related area of our sites.
- Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to skid steers, back hoes, dump trailers, chainsaws, and others.
- Perform landscaping duties including but not limited to planting trees and shrubs, planting daylilies and other flowing plants, excavation, grading, site preparation, irrigation systems, seeding, mulching of beds, salting and snow removal.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment.
- Installation of required material for landscaping / irrigation
- Inspect completed work to ensure it conforms with Nouria standards.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer in Middlesex County, MA to support the safety, appearance, and functionality of our stores in the Nouria footprint.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level.

- Strong verbal communication and written skills.
