Provides legal services in support of counsel in Investment Banking Legal Group. Provides assistance to include knowledge management, case research and document drafting (primarily, non-disclosure agreements). Manages or participates in administrative and operational projects, maintains timelines and action plans, prepares correspondence and monitors budget. Builds effective relationships with business/group, provides advice on standard processes and ensures compliance with internal procedures. This position is privy to sensitive and confidential Bank Matters which may impact the Bank’s reputational risk.

$55,500.00 - $120,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
